Overview

Role:

Manage the daily operations of the education centre
Manage teachers schedules and plan courses based on demand, availability and other constraints
Manage the direct reporting staff in charge of handling inquiries (walk-in, phone, email…)
Issue invoices, record payment of fees
Follow-up students and ensure quality of service
Handle escalated clients inquiries or claims
Resolve issues as required
Order from suppliers (books, office supplies…)
Ensure that the centre is cleaned properly
Working hours: Mon to Fri 10.30am to 7.30pm (2pm for Fri), Sat 8.45am-12.45pm

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a management role in a tuition center/school
Good presentation and customer-oriented
Comfortable with clients face to face and over the phone
Dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
Basic knowledge of book keeping (quickbooks or Xero)
Proficient with Office, email and IT applications
