The Role
Find, engage, and close both individual and corporate clients through consultative, high-trust conversations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
– Identify and engage with high-potential individuals seeking professional coach training and certification
– Network with HR, L&D, and senior leaders to open doors for corporate training programs
– Leverage LinkedIn, events, referrals, and industry networks to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
– Consultative Selling & Closing
– Conduct needs-based sales meetings with prospective clients and senior decision makers
– Present compelling tailored solutions and close deals for programs valued at 5–6-7 figures
– Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
2. Relationship & Account Management
– Build long-term relationships with alumni and corporate decision-makers
– Drive referrals, repeat business, and upsell opportunities
– Partner with delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
– Client success management
3. Market Intelligence
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, leadership challenges, and competitor offerings
– Feed market insights to the marketing team for targeted campaigns
Requirements
– Proven track record in high-ticket B2C and B2B sales (coaching, consulting, or training industry preferred)
– Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Ability to speak to both tangible results and intangible transformation
– Self-driven, resilient, and target-focused
– Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
