Overview

Getting to know the role:

We are seeking for highly proactive Executive Assistant to join our team and support Management in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and able to work independently. Most importantly, the candidate should, over time, understand and align with the recruitment vision of the Management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and assess candidates through phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process until onboarding
• Engage in cold calling and outreach
• Assist to organise recruitment-related/teams events

 

Requirements:

• Diploma graduates and above
• Singaporean/Singapore PR
• Meticulous and accountable.
• Self motivated, with strong initiative and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and stay organised.
• Willing to work with financial services managers (no requirement to become a financial consultant)
