Overview

Responsibilities:

Prepare Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Shipping documents and Invoices.
Perform general administrative duties (updating, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
Liaise with customers/suppliers/vendors.
to emails and phone calls.
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:

Singaporean/ Singapore Perm Resident.
1 year of experience in the relevant field will be an advantage.
PC literate is preferred.
MS Office proficient (Word, Excel,outlook).
Able to work independently and efficiently with initiative.
Willing to learn and committed.
Other Information:

Job Location: Nordic European Centre (Nearest Jurong East MRT Station).
5-day work week
9 am to 6 pm
